Food & Nutrition Services is committed to caring for you and serving your individual needs. We strive to provide an exceptional experience through both nutritious and delicious food every day for our patients.
UTMB Health proudly offers our “At Your Request” Dining Menu. Daily chef specials, as well as our everyday favorites are offered for each patient to choose from. A customer service specialist will visit your room daily to assist with meal ordering, according to your physicians prescribed diet. Your order will be delivered to you at your units set delivery time.
Guest trays are also available for $10.00. Please ask your call center operator at (832) 632-7380 for more details. If you need help selecting your meals or have a question concerning your diet, please ask your catering associate to contact a dietitian.
On-campus Visitor Dining
Cafeteria
UTMB’s primary cafeteria, Lakeview Café, is located on the second floor of Clear Lake Hospital and offers a wide assortment of healthy options. Daily hours of operations are weekdays
from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Oasis Market is available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are on the first floor of Clear Lake Campus in the Emergency Department waiting room, the 5th floor Women’s Services waiting room and the 3rd floor OR waiting room. They offer
snacks, drinks and food items while on the go and are conveniently available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
