Dr. Chang, a native of Lake Jackson and Brazoria County, received his medical degree from the Northwestern University Honors Program in Medical Education and the Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency in
pediatrics at Indiana University's James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children.
Though his training included a wide range of experience in general and specialized pediatric care, Dr. Chang maintains a special interest in community-based primary care.
Having grown up as a patient of Dr. Hou-teh Lu, Dr. Chang's life long dream has become a reality. He has officially joined the practice of Dr. Hou-teh Lu's, a thriving pediatric practice of more than 30 years. Dr. Chang plans to continue
the same dedicated and compassionate care to the next generation of children in central Brazoria County.
In his spare time, Dr. Chang is a collector. He is a lifelong Lego enthusiast, and enjoys computer-based Lego design, building his own models, as well as collecting "official" sets.
