Parking Garage, Skybridge and Shuttle now in Service

We’re excited to have opened our new parking garage and pedestrian skybridge. We’ve reserved the most convenient spots for our patients and visitors, and parking for patients and visitors on the League City Campus continues to be free with validation. A free shuttle service makes it easy to get around.

ALL PATIENT and VISITOR PARKING AT the UTMB League City Campus IS FREE.

Pull a ticket and have it validated by the clinic or in the hospital (tickets are validated both by UTMB Health and MD Anderson clinics). Please safeguard the ticket; if you lose a validated ticket, you’ll need to call for assistance at the exit gate.

GARAGE PARKING for patients and visitors is on Levels 1 to 3 of the garage. Handicap-accessible van parking is on level 1 and additional handicap-designated parking is available on levels 2 and 3. Motorcycle parking is on level 2.

A SHUTTLE SERVICE is offered on the League City Campus, it is wheelchair-accessible and free. The shuttle runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and makes multiple stops at designated locations during a 10-12 minute loop of the garage, parking lots and hospital/clinic entrances. The shuttle serves patients, visitors and staff from both UTMB Health and MD Anderson. Look for the shuttle-stop signs.

Our parking areas are color-coded and designed to offer convenient access to the following services:

  • RED LOT (closest to Walker St.): Emergency Department and Physical/Occupational Therapy
  • YELLOW LOT (closest to I-45): UTMB Health Clinics and MD Anderson Cancer Center
  • PURPLE LOT (near the traffic circle): Surgery and Day Surgery parking only
  • GREEN GARAGE: Hospital, Gift Shop, Retail Pharmacy
  • BUS ICON: Shuttle Bus Stops (round trip takes 10-12 minutes with stops)
