The group meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 1:00 p.m.— 2:00 p.m.
Topics with guest speakers to be announced through group emails.
Meetings are available in person at each location and virtually on Microsoft Teams.
Light refreshments and snacks are served. Parking is free.

What is the purpose of the support group?
To provide a network of support from others who have faced similar challenges
To provide support for caregivers, family and friends about your loved one's diagnosis and what you may expect in the future
To provide education about stroke prevention and recovery from healthcare professionals and community resources
To offer stroke families the resources and support they need to live an active and satisfying life while coping with their losses and disabilities due to stroke
