Women who are interested should have health insurance that covers mammograms. Financial assistance available for uninsured and underserved women in our region.

Patients should meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 40 years old
• Have not received a mammogram in the last 12 months
• Not pregnant
• No personal history of breast cancer in the last 5 years
• No current breast pain, breast discharge, or palpable breast abnormalities
• Must provide your primary care doctor's name and telephone number
• Must not have had a COVID vaccine 6 to 8 weeks before screening mammogram
