Childbirth Education ClassLearn everything you need to know about your upcoming birth and how to take care of your baby in this NEW online course.

This course includes information on preparing for the birth of your child and coping with labor and birth, hospital practices, induction and augmentation of labor, medications, epidurals, cesarean birth, postpartum, baby care, and breastfeeding.

All expecting moms are welcome to join our online childbirth education classes.

We also offer a separate online class on breastfeeding with more in-depth information to help you successfully bond with your baby and improve your chances of breastfeeding.

Our Online Childbirth Education class

The online course includes important information on the following topics:

  • Anatomy of pregnancy
  • Stages of labor
  • Breathing and relaxation tips
  • Tips for common discomforts
  • Support person's role
  • Celebration and recovery time
  • Postpartum depression
  • Breastfeeding and infant care

Important Details:

  • Please register before your 28th week of pregnancy, with the goal of completing the class by your 36th week of pregnancy.
  • Once you register and receive a confirmation email with the class link, you will have access for 9 months.

  • How breastfeeding works
  • Latching on and proper positioning
  • When to feed your baby
  • Milk supply
  • Breast care
