OLLI at UTMB welcomes all those who are 55 and over to participate in FREE functional fitness sessions held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9 to 10AM at 4700 Broadway, Suite B101.
Sessions offer low impact fitness activities, many exercises while seated in a chair. There is no charge and no pre-registration is required. All props and weights for the exercises are provided by OLLI. You can drop in for a single session, attend every week, or participate occasionally, at your convenience.
All sessions are free; OLLI membership is not required.
